Filters Unlimited (FU)- Paper Textures

and any other filters of choice

Okay, let's get started

Remember to save often!!!

Open template and shift D

Close original 

Delete all layers except blue shape, rust strips, blue strips, and left and right brown squares

Use my tag as guide if needed

Merge the left and right squares together

I colorized my layers using hue 0 and saturation 0 

then recolored using

colors to match my tube for each layer

Add filter of choice to each layer except blue shape layer

I used FU paper textures - structured paper 4 and japanese paper

On the blue shape layer once it's colorized how you want it duplicate layer and float it

Contract by 10

Delete

Add bevel of choice

Paste tube

Duplicate

Float shape layer

Invert

Crop bottom tube

Using eraser tool on top tube layer erase parts of tube you don't want showing while leaving the parts you do

Duplicate the frame you made

Move above tube layers

Erase parts that cover tube

This is mainly so there is a frame at bottom of tube area

Type text of choice

Place around tag

Using a splatter brush of choice on a new layer that you move to bottom

paint some splatters around tag

Add name

Add drop shadow to layers of choice

Add copyright info

Crop and Save
