Okay, let's get started

Remember to save often!!!

Open template and shift D

Close original and re-size canvas to 800 x 800

Crop after tag is done

Fill bg layer in with white

Delete info layer + forever text 

We are going to start at the bottom layer (in layers pallet)

and work our way up the template.

Use my tag as guide if needed

Merge like layers together

i.e. left light blue strip with right light blue strip

Feel free to create your tag as you would like to but for me this is what I did using colorize and scrap kit papers plus filters

red rectangle - paper 10 + bevel of choice

light blue strips - colorized to white +FU stripes texture

dark blue strips - jeans filter

large white circle - colorize to blue to match tube + float / invert - paper 3 - lower opacity

center light blue circle - colorize to match dark blue strips + jeans filter

center dark blue ring - colorize red

red circle and light blue swirls - paper 10 + bevel of choice

dark blue swirl - colorize to white and float/invert - paste mirrored close up tube and delete
change opacity to 38

stars - colorize to match tube

USA - colorize to match tube

Paste tube and crop to fit at bottom depending on where you place it
I wanted her hand on letters so I duplicated tube and moved above usa and cropped hand area

Now add elements of choice to tag

Add name + rotate left a little

Paste paper 1
I colorized the blue to match my tube
Apply mask - merge group
Duplicate and mirror and flip 

Close white bg layer

Add drop shadow to layers of choice

Add copyright info

Crop and Save
