Filters Unlimited (FU)- Paper Textures

and any other filters of choice

Okay, let's get started

Remember to save often!!!

Open template and shift D

Close original and re-size canvas to 800 x 800

Crop after tag is done

Fill bg layer in with white

Delete info layer + text + white doodle outlines

There are a few basic steps for this template that are repetitive.

1. Select layer

2. Float

3. Add new layer

4. Fill with color of choice

5. Apply filter of choice

6. Duplicate

7. Apply gradient glow  and noise at 40 to bottom layer

Go HERE if you aren't familiar on my way of adding gradient glow using EC 5 Impact 

We are going to start at the bottom layer (in layers pallet)

and work our way up the template following the steps above.

Use my tag as guide if needed

right blue strip - gradient of browns that match tube + paper texture - striped paper - course

purple strip - green + paper texture - Japanese paper 

orange strip - peach + paper texture - wallpaper - course

green strip - #d42f2f + FU special effects 1 - aged film + change blend mode to luminance (L)

left blue strip - gradient of browns that match tube + paper texture - striped paper - course

white and purple square - light blue 

Outside green oval - green + noise - no gradient glow on this layer

white oval - gradient of browns that match tube + paper texture - striped paper - course + float and contract by 6

Delete

Add bevel

This gives the rope effect like tube has

inside green oval - light green + paper texture Japanese paper

white circle - repeat same steps as above for white oval

orange circle - lighter green + paper texture Japanese paper

left and right doodles -  green + bevel

white square - #d42f2f + FU special effects 1 - aged film + change blend mode to luminance (L)

blue square - gradient of browns that match tube + paper texture - striped paper - course + close up tube - mirrored

Duplicate and change top copy blend mode to screen @ 50% opacity

Paste tube and crop to fit at bottom depending on where you place it

Add name + bevel

Close bg layer

Add drop shadow to layers

Add copyright info

Crop and Save
